In honor of Cage's birthday, we'll look at some of his best movie gun appearances, starting with Face/Off (1997). Cage's character's weapon of choice are twin gold titanium nitride-plated Springfield Armory M1911s, but also fires a pair of Beretta 92FS pistols, a Russian Stechkin APS machine pistol, and even an IMI Mini Uzi.

In Lord of War (2005), Cage's character doesn't willingly fire any weapons, but can be seen examining a Type III pattern AK-47 rifle as he describes it as Russia's greatest export.

In Kick Ass (2010), he fires a Beretta 92FS at his daughter. In Raising Arizona (1987), he's seen with a Smith & Wesson Model 10 and a Star Model B. And in The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent (2022), Cage plays a version of himself using his famous twin M1911s from Face/Off as well as a Heckler & Koch USP Compact.

Happy Birthday to fellow kid, Steve Buscemi!

Buscemi is known for his recognizable face and distinct voice and is a versatile actor, playing memorable characters from Nucky, the charismatic politician and ruthless gangster, in "Boardwalk Empire", to the bank robber who uses a Smith & Wesson Model 15 in Tim Burton's "Big Fish" (2003), to the deadly Beretta 92 weilding assassin Mr. Shhh in "Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead" (1995).

Buscemi is probably best known for playing the pragmatic criminal Mr. Pink in Quentin Tarantino's "Reservoir Dogs" (1992). Despite finding himself in a chaotic situation after a heist gone wrong while knowing there is a "rat" amongst their crew, Mr. Pink strives to remain rational and logical, even when Mr. White is threatening him in this iconic standoff where they both have their Smith & Wesson handguns drawn on each other. Following the botched jewelry store heist where Buscemi can be seen firing his Smith & Wesson 659 at several cops, the paranoid Mr. Pink takes great care to make sure it is fully reloaded while chatting with Mr. White.
